Please note that our return policy applies to standard returns and not incorrect or damaged orders.
If you have an issue with an order such as having received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
- all firearms sales are deemed final no exceptions
- special order firearms can not be cancelled
- we may offer exceptions to this policy on case by case basis at the discretion of Shelby Co. Ammo
- all ammunition sales are deemed final no exceptions
- ammunition orders may be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped
- we may offer exceptions to this policy on case by case basis at the discretion of Shelby Co. Ammo
- all accessories must be unused, unopened and in original packaging
- returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date
- returns subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping
